He noted that after joining Russia, the life of the local population changed significantly for the better, and for people this became the main reason to come to the polls. According to Balitsky, the military potential of the Kyiv regime is close to exhaustion, and Ukrainians do not understand what they are fighting for. The governor suggested what could happen at the front in late spring - early summer, expressed his view on the conditions under which Russia should negotiate with the West on Ukraine, and criticized the IAEA and the West in general for their reluctance to recognize the threat to the Zaporozhye NPP from APU.
