Russia’s defence ministry claims to have hit the Bakhmut Central Command Unit of the Ukrainian military. Stoltenberg said “Ukraine’s future is in the Euro-Atlantic family, Ukraine’s future is in Nato, all allies agree on that”. South Korea said its decision on whether to send military aid to Kyiv depends on Russia’s actions.
