Trump says ‘I concede nothing’ as he admits Joe Biden won - because ‘the election was rigged’

Has President Trump acknowledged for the first time that Joe Biden won the Presidential election? (Subscribe: ) Well, sort of. In a tweet this morning, Mr Trump declared Biden “ won because the election was rigged“, before continuing to make more unfounded allegations of voting fraud.  But it was no admission of defeat -  a short while later he proclaimed “I concede nothing“.
