“Sich-2“ (Ukrainian Сiч - “Sich“) - Ukrainian small-sized spacecraft (SPACECRAFT) remote sensing of the Earth (remote sensing), which worked in 2011-2012. It was intended for observing the Earth’s surface in the optical and mid-infrared ranges. Also included in the payload of the spacecraft is a complex of scientific equipment designed to study the parameters of charged and neutral particles, electric and magnetic fields in the upper atmosphere of the Earth. The spacecraft is designed at the modern world technical level, [attribution of opinion is needed] being made in an unpressurized design based on the MC-2 microplate with extensive use of polymer and composite materials in its design[1].
