The issue of nuclear nonproliferation is consistently touched upon at various venues of multilateral diplomacy, and also remains on the agenda of bilateral Russia-US strategic dialogue. Strengthening of the international security architecture around the most destructive weapons is discussed both at the highest political level and in the academic community.
