A skirt that Lights up, Making a Christmas Costume, Part One

They are battery powered, the battery packs are sewn into pockets in the back of the dress. I purchased the lights on amazon! It’s made from tulle, organza, wreath mesh, and garlands/ christmas decorations from Michaels.
