A bad posture while sitting (watching movies, reading books, working on laptops/phones) is a really bad sign for your back, neck and shoulders. In the short term, it can lead to pain and discomfort. In the long run, it can lead to deformation of your spine ⚠️⚠️⁣ ⁣ ✅ Start working to improve this with some simple but very effective exercises such as shoulder extension, prayer pose, back extension and cobra pose. Make use of props such as chair, towel for making these even more effective.⁣ ⁣ ✅ Make sure to perform these exercises every day (2-3 sets for 30 secs each) and put in a conscious effort to sit straight.
