Various shots women and children following an Allied Forces truck as it drives slowly through city streets. The truck is carrying coal, the women use trowels and their bare hands to grab what they can from the truck. The truck stops, the women crowd around the truck and frantically fill their handbags and shopping baskets with coal. There is a lot of pushing and shoving, at least one woman falls to the ground.
