Key-hole surgery for fixation of fractures inside the knee

This is a key-hole technique of fixation of osteochondral fractures of the knee. These are difficult fractures for which conventionally knee has to be opened, and screws fixed. This open technique has potential for knee stiffness and loss of fixation. Another advantage is that no foreign body is left in the knee.
