Factory for manufacturing wire cable. Location of events unknown / unclear. CU man holding unidentified cylindrical object. Next; pan on machinery working; lots of turning cylinders - winding what look like big rolls of tape or paper. More shots of machinery in motion - looking inside another spinning cylinder; with smaller cylinder inside. MS two men replacing smaller one; which is like a spool with cable wound round it.
