Yoga for Upper Body, Easy Arm Balance Astavakrasana with Kino MacGregor

This is a hard posture from the Ashtanga Yoga Third Series. The posture itself isn’t too hard so many students will enjoy trying this out. Since it’s an asymmetrical arm balance you will really discover which side is stronger. Just as in any arm balance you have to find the perfect balance between inner clam, core strength and a strong upper body.
