This old video was recorded in 1968 by a researcher and martial arts expert Mike Finn. It is one of the first records of that time where you can trace the techniques of the oldest Japanese traditional martial art - Tenshin Shoden Katori Shinto ryu. The video shows the Iaijutsu, Kenjutsu, Ryoto, Bojutsu, Naginata and Shuriken.
The technique of throwing a Bo Shuriken at the end of the video is especially interesting, during which the students completely bend their back during the shooting.
Another researcher and martial arts expert was present during the filming. His name is Quintin Chambers, who was also a co-author
with 34th Grand Master of Togakure ryu Ninjutsu - Masaaki Hatsumi (1981) in the book “Stick Fighting: Techniques of Self-Defense“.
