Western elites want to isolate Russia, but it’s not happening – Putin

During ‘Talking of What Matters’ open lesson in Kyzyl, Vladimir Putin highlighted that although some elites in the West want to isolate Russia, lasting contacts are still there. He also noted that Russia feels strong support from many countries in terms of promoting traditional values.
