By its using and changing the stuffing tubes, you can make meat snacks and cased sausage. It Squeezes too heavy minced meat. It is 3 times more powerful than a standard stuffer. It is equipped with a remote control at a distance from the filler with an option of knee pedal control. A special hinged table is included; a stainless steel grid is laid on it. A special die is attached at the top for multi-flow application with up to 24 nozzles at the same time, the width of the minced meat application on the grid is 5 hundred mm. Specially prepared minced meat is squeezed out in the form of loose sausages with a diameter of 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. Then the grids are inserted into the trolley (of our own production, equipped with thirty six rows per 2 grids) and delivered to the drying chambers. At a temperature of thirty degrees with powerful convection, sausages are dried for 12 hours. At the end of this process we get sausages of the Kabanos type. Weight loss during drying - up to 50%. Best before date - more than 6 months. The nozzle can be changed for a double flat one. It squeezes out the minced meat in a uniform layer. The layer width is 4 hundred mm, length - while holding the button on the remote control and pulling the grid. The minced meat production is stopped suddenly by button release. The minced meat feed rate is adjustable. On the basis of the same model, when changing the nozzles, we make sausages in natural and collagen casing (home-made sausage, cervelat, salami) with a diameter from 12mm - up to 50mm The advantage of our piston stuffers is that no matter what piece of meat is put in the hopper, the stuffer will squeeze it in the same form into the casing (there are such casings as collagen, cellulose and gut) without grinding. This is important, because if you cut the finished sausage, you will be able to see a whole piece of meat . on our equipment you can produce 2000kg of meat snacks and cabanos in 8 hours. On one trolley with 72 nets of our production, you can put 150kg While the operator presses the button - the minced meat comes out , releasing the button - the minced meat stops coming out suddenly. We have a test drive service at your production. For ease of maintenance, the electronics box slides out easily. The seals in the caps and in the piston are the same. At the beginning of work, it is necessary to lubricate with food grade grease. At the end of the shift, the filler can easily be completely disassembled for cleaning.
