Lufthansa 747-8 heavy crosswind landing

Lufthansa’s very first Boeing 747-8i (D-ABYA) lands on a stormy day in Düsseldorf. It’s the first landing of the new 747-8 overall in DUS. As you can see the approach was very fast so the aircraft did need the whole runway to stop. This flight was for promotional reasons to welcome the new aircraft in Lufthansa’s fleet.
