It’s been more than two months since Olivia Chow became Mayor of Toronto, but the homeless crisis continues to worsen. To make matters worse, it doesn’t seem like Chow has a plan to address the crisis. True North’s Sue-Ann Levy visits Allen Gardens in Toronto, where a major encampment of homeless people and Indigenous individuals continues to grow at an alarming rate. Sue-Ann says she isn’t surprised that Chow doesn’t have a plan to address homelessness in Toronto, given her track record as a city councillor.
