The Police - Low Life (FYYC’s Extended Remix & Special Video)

The original was only a minutes version. As you might already know it was originally recorded in 1979 in the Reggatta era, although they released it in 1981. Always thought it was a pity the song didn’t make it to their first albums. So it took me over 40 years to carry out my intention to make an extended version of this little gem... As far as I know still the first remix of this song. And of course also the first video, since The Police (other than Sting solo) never played the song live to my knowledge, let alone with cameras. German jazz saxophonist Olaf Kübler played the sax. So don’t be deceived by the video footage, what you hear is not what you see. The video is only made to support the audio remix. All footage used is around on the internet. I tried to create a supporting video that captures the feel of the song a bit, with an occasional wink. Really hope you enjoy it.
