Seventeen debuted on May 26, 2015, with the mini album “17 Carat” and title track “Adore You“, under Pledis Entertainment. As of May 25, 2020 Big Hit Entertainment (now known as HYBE Labels) became Pledis’ major shareholder, but Pledis will continue to act as an independent label.
