This is a recording of the set by Detroit’s Alan Oldham @ Tresor (April 8, 2005) during the Tresor Closing Party (20-day party marathon). Berlin’s legendary club TRESOR had to leave its original location in Leipziger Str. due to real estate development. “The Final Cut“ (actual name of the Tresor Closing Party) started officially at April 1 with parties every night until April 16, 2005. But as a matter of fact the party marathon started already May 30 and the really last day was April 18, 2005 (start of last party). After the party marathon Tresor used Maria am Ufer (club) as an exile location on Wed. nights before it opened its new location in Köpenicker Str. 70 in Berlin-Mitte.
