Not Even an Attempt to Interview Trudeau. Why?

The RCMP Commissioner admitted they never even attempted to interview Justin Trudeau, the primary person of interest in the SNC affair. Furthermore, they pursued no steps to collect the evidence they needed, other than requesting documents from Trudeau’s own office. What is going on here?
