DIY - Arm Wrestling Training Table Part 1

Arm Wrestling is sport that I love and a big part of my life. I am sure that if you are watching this video you have Arm Wrestled at least once in your life, and if not I would definitely urge you to do so. This is the first part of an Arm Wrestling training table build of my own design. The table is built to WAF (World Arm Wrestling Federation) specifications in terms of dimensions. There are no pin pads yet, as I don’t really need them for sparring or training, but I might add them later. I will be adding some modifications in part 2, so be sure to look out for that.
