Trying to reach for food left overs in a bag of rubbish that laid in front of her, rescuers became to realize the emaciated and debilitating condition she was in, that it literally brought tears to our eyes. It is unimaginable cruel that someone left her behind like this. Thankfully they rescued her, but the question of who did this will forever be unanswered. They are left with nothing but painful images as for how long she must have suffered. Lisa is nothing but skin and bones and has been starved nearly to death.
