Protesters demand Netanyahu’s removal over ’mishandling’ hostage situation and Oct. 7 attack

Emotion runs high as thousands gathered in Jerusalem to protest PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s mishandling of the hostage situation and the war against Hamas. Israeli protesters expressed disappointment over a delay from scheduled hostage release from Gaza. But the implementation of the deal resumed fairly quickly on Saturday night. Eight children and five women were released by Hamas as well as the seven foreigners. A Palestinian official said Hamas would continue with the four-day truce agreed with Israel, the first break in fighting in seven weeks of war. __________________ ShanghaiEye focuses on producing top-quality contents.
