Remember 4 resisted sets followed by 2 unresisted sets. With the resisted sets you will feel more muscle stimulation with every single rep. By building hip strength you will become more explosive. Its all about power and stability. The more strength you have in your hips the faster you are going to be able to make cuts. Don’t forget to drive your knees and square your hips up on your turns.
