Fruitarianism. The video footage features one my idols in action. The man who persuaded me to research/delve deeper after seeing this video and reading his teachings,interview,articles. Im not trying to impose or suggest anything. I dont think I am better than other people. You want to eat meat enjoy it. I can definitely relate; I used to lift weights so i ate my share (3-4 cans of tuna, lean chiken breasts,steak,ground beef/turkey, etc.. 6-7 meals a day every 2-3 hrs lol) It worked but i gotta admit i feel less sluggish and more uplifted now. I also eat fruits (bananas,pears,apples,occasional peach,pineappple,papaya. If i lived in South Florida, Cali, or warmer id b eating more tropical fruits but its just not available here in PA. Although i include green leafy veggies too: romaine lettuce, red leaf/green leaf lettuce, tomatoscelery) my food is already cooked and prepped by Mother Nature.
