Im gonna explain what kind of THEME we had for this MEP and im gonna describe the Storyline below so take a look if you’re interrested. ► STORYLINE of ACAPELLA: The song and MEP is an ode to independence after the narrator realizes that her rich lover is a total dud. So the meaning of this “A Capella“ is that the narrator talks about that she can do it by herself. Like, “i dont need a rich man, i can do it by myself“ or like “ I am a grown woman, i dont need a man who’s telling me how to live my life“ - It encourages breaking up with someone if you’re not feelin’ it anymor
