Flying in a rare Boeing 767 200ER

This isn’t a typical Boeing 767-300 or 767-400. Nope! We are flying in a Boeing 767-200ER, or, more specifically, a Boeing 767-224ER. This is one of about twenty B762’s left in operation. I can’t tell you which airline this one is being used for, and I can’t tell you what the final destination of the flight was, but I CAN tell you that we had a layover in Sofia, Bulgaria for fuel and provisions, before continuing on to our final destination. I can also tell you that this 767-224ER was originally built for Continental Airlines. Before we get underway, we see a UPS flight, which is utilizing MD-11F N293UP, which was originally built in 1992 for Delta Airlines. It’s always nice to see a tri-motor in service. Anyway, enjoy the nighttime take-off, the landing in to Sofia, and the subsequent take-off later in the day.
