Cargo boat with truck onboard flips near Popov Island

A barge with a coal-loaded truck onboard flipped near Popov Island, in Russia’s Far East, on Friday. Presumably, the ramp of the cargo boat didn’t close properly, so the vessel was quickly filled with water and tilted. Both the captain and the truck’s driver escaped and no one was hurt.
