I’m so excited to introduce to the world my lastest creation, the CROOKIE™, the perfect blend between a Croissant and a Cookie! It’s being served with a giant mug of milk composed of a moist Almond cookie sponge, a pecan praline, a layer of vanilla cremeux, a Cookies/Mascarpone cream whip and topped with a Vanilla panacotta.
