Live’ Belarusian TV show. STARY OLSA is a medieval music band from Minsk, Belarus. It was founded in 1999 by its present leader Zmicier Sasnoŭski and now consists of six musicians. It takes its name from a brook in Belarus. Stary Olsa has released 10 studio albums and 3 live albums. The band uses maximal exact copies of old aged instruments such as Belarusian bagpipe, hurdy-gurdy, gusli, svirel, shawms, jew’s-harp, Belarusian trumpet, rebec, lute, cister, tromba marina and drums.
