This is the “Metallica Live Shit Binge and Purge Contest Winners“ episode of the Headbangers Ball from 1994. My copy of it had to be pieced together from my own VHS tape and a version that I dubbed from my friend’s VHS tape, so you’ll see a bit of generation loss here and there. My favorite part is at the 7:17 mark when P.J. asks, “how do you pronounce the instrumental on the 2nd side of Ride the Lightning“ and an annoyed Kirk replies,, “KTULU, MAN!
