Barbarian DPS Build Single Target & AOE Neverwinter Mod 21 Northside

So here is the barbarian dps build update that some of you requested for mod 21 jewel of the north. Build is really nothing special, simply because i don`t take this game for serious anymore, and as long as i`m effective and run is done smooth i`m ok with that. I would even call it somewhat lazy hybrid endgame build. I will timestamp all the sections, gear, consumables, enchantments, weapon and armor, etc. This works for me, try it out for yourself, think with your head and try to make something out of your own ingenuity.
