800 lb / 363 kg Front Squat - Derek Kendall

Derek Kendall squats a huge 800 lbs / 363 kgs, raw no wraps. Recently all of his videos disappeared from his channel, so I thought I’d upload this here. It’d be a shame for the footage of such a huge accomplishment to be lost. As far as I know this is the heaviest front squat of all time.
