Jackie Venson, with Rodney Hyder Boise, Idaho, 7/19/23 A day without music is like a day without light! Jackie Venson is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Austin, Texas. She graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2011. Venson has released four studio albums, The Light In Me (2014), Joy (2019), Vintage Machine (2020) and Love Transcends (2021). In addition to four studio albums, Venson has also released 4 live albums, Live at Strange Brew (2016) Live in Texas (2020), Jackie Venson Live at Austin City Limits and Joy Alive (2021). Venson also has a musical DJ alter ego that goes by the name jackie the robot and has released two albums titled jackie the robot vol 1 and jackie the robot vol 2, both records take Jackie Venson’s music and remixes it to create a psychedelic electronic journey. Venson has many more jackie the robot volumes planned for the future.
