COMBAT HAPKIDO: Trapping Drills (Circular Attacks)

In Combat Hapkido, we don’t believe in the idea of a “Block“. Hapkido means “The Way of Combining Energy“, therefore we have adapted trapping from JKD to help fill that grey area between a strike and a manipulation. This is a brief example of a drill we use to unite with a circular attack.
