🇮🇱🇵🇸 Previously, we have written multiple times about the destruction of cemeteries in the Gaza Strip by Israeli forces. Israeli forces discovered launchers hidden among graves, and an underground Hamas system was found under one of the cemeteries in Bani Suheil, as reported in this source. Another objective was to search for the remains of the Israelis who were abducted on October 7. There was a possibility that they might have been buried in Palestinian cemeteries, especially since some of the captives, according to Hamas, died alongside local residents due to IDF airstrikes. To pursue this objective, the Israelis conducted mass exhumations of fresh graves in the occupied territories and sent the remains to laboratories. Today, some of the “kidnapped“ bodies, as the Palestinians refer to them, were returned to the Gaza Strip through the Kerem Shalom crossing and buried in previously prepared mass graves. Everyone may have different attitudes towards the State of Israel, but the practice of returning one’s own, regardless of their condition, and the nearly complete absence of missing persons is an extremely positive practice. #Israel #Palestine Источник: Rybar in English
