SKYRIM PC - Create and Position Objects Properly!

For PC Only - How to spawn (create) and position an object in Skyrim properly - so the object won’t fly around or change it’s position. **Note: benches and beds should be tested by sitting/sleeping whether they are facing the correct direction.
