At the age of 19, Kate Bush topped the UK Singles Chart for four weeks in 1978 with her debut single, “Wuthering Heights“ and became the first woman to have a UK number one with a self-written song. Other well known songs of hers include “The Man With The Child In His Eyes“, “Babooshka“, “Running Up That Hill“, “Don’t Give Up“ and “King Of The Mountain“. A friend of mine once made an astute observation about her videos. We were watching a Kate Bush marathon and most of them were low budget and featured her doing modern dance in a leotard.
