I did 365 days of yoga, here’s what happened.

Last year, I decided my new years resolution wouldn’t be weight loss. I settled on 365 days of yoga! 365 days of yoga during a pandemic... life saving! It help me learn to love myself, gain self-confidence and discover a new passion. Yoga is for everyone, and I hope this video inspires you to start!
