Poi Juggling Tutorial - Sync No-Beat Cascade

Here is my entry for IJA’s 2016 Video Tutorial Contest. The years get better and better with IJA’s amazing work! The “Synchronous No-Beat“ Cascade is a poi juggling pattern that works as a solid foundation, varying into different patterns easily, and stabilizing well after practice.
