This is supposed to be kind of a “Doctor vs. Gallifrey“ video, showing the Doctor’s tough relationship with his home planet and people. It makes sense to me, but I had my sister watch it and asked her to explain what she thought it was about, and apparently I didn’t do so well with that. Either way, I hope it’s enjoyable anyway.
