Stretching is very important for our body, especially if you play sports. This 18 min Routine is quick & effective to stretch your hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors and your beautiful booty. You can do this: 👉 if you feel sore, the day after an intense Leg Day 👉 on a daily basis 👉 at the end of your workout session, to relax and cool down 👉 to wake up in the morning, or 👉 before you go to bed I don’t feel that “stiff“ anymore, I recover more quickly and I can even perform our usual exercises better, because my mobility improved!
