Led Zeppelin - Live in Copenhagen, Denmark (March 2nd, 1973)

Here is a snippet of the band’s first show of their legendary 1973 European tour, widely considered to be their instrumental peak. Sadly, much of the show is lost due to the taper recording a Kinks concert over his tape, leaving us with only a few seconds of Dazed, about half of Stairway, and the majority of Whole Lotta Love. A real shame, because the tape is pretty good, being clear and well balanced albeit slightly distant and boomy. The performance, as per usual for the tour, is great from what we have. Hopefully another more complete source will surface one day.
