Why I Hate the Ebony Warrior (Skyrim)

His stupid reflect blows perk has a reasonably high chance of instakilling you on higher difficulties, reflecting the base damage you dealt (before armor) to him back at you, IGNORING ARMOR. It instakills my 600 health pally with 697 armor. Having an enemy that has a chance of INSTANTLY KILLING YOU EVERY TIME YOU ATTACK is just plain poor game design to be honest...
