Location unknown (probably London). MS then CU of scaffolding as camera moves up tall building in builder’s lift. At the top LS of large modern building. Camera pulls back to show rear view of man in construction worker’s hat looking out through top of scaffolding at large building. HA GV of cityscape through top of scaffolding. Zoom into MS of modern blocks of flats and church spires. HAS of deep and large building site. VS mechanical excavator hauling rubble out of site. MS building worker (without safety helmet) with pickaxe, on top of part-demolished brick wall. LS of the same reveals he is demolishing the end wall of a terraced street. Camera pulls out of CU of smoke to reveal burning timbers amongst the rubble of a demolition site. CU broken bath on top of part-demolished wall.
