PLANCHE BASICS. Calisthenics Beginner series.

After getting requests for sticking points for complete beginners i have put these tips together, i personally have gone back to the basics for much of my training as i let my ego get in the way and kept pushing and ’progressing’ too quicly but at some point a lack of technique will halt progress in it’s tracks and force you to eat humble pie. so learn from my mistakes and get that goal quicker. i put this video together quite quickly so please forgive the shot going in and out of focus! :) MUSIC: marc dtwo
