Householders in Britain face jail for not fitting a heat pump or insulating their home

The Energy Bill is about to become law in this country. It provides from criminal sanctions, including a year’s imprisonment, for anybody who disregards the government’s Net Zero strategy. These penalties explicitly include ordinary homeowners.
