Evel Knievel 19-car motorcycle jump (world record for 27 years)

Evel Knievel jumping 19-cars at the now defunct Ontario Motor Speedway in California. Knievel made the jump for the 1971 film about himself starring George Hamilton. For the the next 27 years, the 129 ft. jump held the world record for jumping a Harley-Davidson Motorcyle over cars. For the remainder of his career, Knievel would only jump further once (the 1975 14 bus jump at 133 ft.). The clip has been edited to down to just the jump. In the original film, the jump includes spectators and his wife wa
