This workout targets your back, shoulders and arms, improves your posture and reduces back and neck pain. So if you are sitting a lot or can’t keep your lower back on the floor when training abs, do this workout and you will feel much better. Depending on the weights you use, you can make the level either intense or easy. If you don’t have weights at home, you can use bottles instead. :)
