A VHS bootleg of an early 70’s cut of Kenneth Anger’s ’Lucifer Rising’ “the beginning of the pagan age and the end of Christianity. The forces of darkness and figures from mythology walk the streets. The complete moral and anarchic chaos we’re in for. It will last for 1,500 years, until a new system comes along.“ This video has been color-corrected somewhat, and the audio track replaced with a 24bit/96kHz vinyl transfer this iteration of Anger’s magnum opus is historical landmark of the exposition of Aleister Crowley’s Thelema in modern culture.
